tuberculosis

A friend of mine has just been diagnosed with tuberculosis, what would be your suggestions?. I have been in quite alot of contact with him, maybe 25 hours a week.
All reply's would be very helpful

If it were me, I would follow as many of Ray Peat's recommendations as I could. Anything I could do to get my metabolism up I would do, including supplementing thyroid.

Do you have access to your friend or is he quarantined?
Ray Peat advises iodides.
And Charlie is right: thyroid (t4 and t3 combined) is important.
