Hi everyone about to try a salt bath for the first time to get some magnesium into my system. Would anyone have any advice about it and does this product look ok?

I though Himalayan salt was mostly sodium chloride, not much magnesium. Peat does not favour eating salt with 'over 80 minerals' (contaminants, eg iron).
To get magnesium, I think you want magnesium sulphate aka epsom salts. I've heard recommendations for 1-2 cups in a bath, for ~20mins. Can also add some baking soda - I think Peat's said that helps the absorption of magnesium. If you have any fungus on toes etc, follow bath by applying vinegar to fungus area - mag sulph and baking soda can encourage it to grow; acid will counter that.
