This past week I ate a few different canned tropical fruits (Lychees, Guavas, Longans and Sapotas) and really enjoyed them. They were very ripe, delicious and digested well.
I want to incorporate these regularly into my diet but I'm a bit concerned about the BPA (or other plastic) that I assume is lining the cans (I'm emailing the company Aroy-D to check). Does anyone know of any brands that sell tropical fruits like the ones mentioned in glass jars?
Also I should note that I live in the northwest US so the ripe versions of these fruits have been difficult or impossible to find consistently, although I'm still trying.
