Thanks for brings this up, I’ve been supplementing with extra thiamine recently and what I’m dealing with is an unbelievable serotonin toxicity. I’m glad I found the answer as I wasn’t understanding what was going on with me recently.So these imply that without sufficient magnesium Thiamine increases serotonin levels. Something important to note for anyone taking high doses of thiamine.
