Travel, doctor's note of covid recovery?

The USA is currently requiring citizens to rub their tummy and pat their head in order to come home from abroad. I am quite certain I will be able to simply test negative for Ole 'Rona in the 72 hours before I fly home, but who wants to play fetch if it can be avoided? So I'm hoping to test positive tomorrow, based on residual PCR positivity, then get A Government Approved Big Daddy Doctor's Notice Of Having Recovered From T h e C o o t i e s.
Have any of yall gotten such a doctor's note? Was it a pain in the proverbial C7-C1 vertebral area so to speak? Any thoughts or experiences to share?

Edit:
For clarity: I am assuming a level of familiarity with the travel requirements for passengers boarding planes back to US soil. I worded my question for playful cynicism, not for simplicity. English ain’t me first tongue, as it were.
