How much mg do you use ?

before bed 6 sprays on legs and feet. if i am in a stressful situation during the day, i spray a couple of sprays under arms or on my forearms and rub them together.

for topical i dont like the spray personally because of how it makes my skin feel but epsom baths are good. i also use idealabs magnoil and like it.

Underarms is a good place for spraying magnesium for me. Also good for odor control ?
