Fully cooked, ready to eat. Price may vary by weight. I'm sure it's not 100% grass fed from birth to death but it's pretty good. I view it as a carnosine, carnitine, creatine, and taurine supplement.

I'm assuming that it has no nitrates/nitrites because they're not listed as ingredients. It has that East Coast "Roast Beef" style to it, or what we used to refer to growing up as "Roast Queef." I like to keep it in the fridge at any time for a quick protein snack. I make it last a couple days.

But can you get me into the unboxing business

Hook it up with some Farmalabor Cascara Segrada and I'll get you in.

http://www.farmalabor.it

I have distant relatives in Italy and my mother goes often but when I tried getting her to get me some cascara when she was there she looked it up and said "I'm not supporting your eating disorders" because she read that it causes vomiting and that bulimics use it.

I said "but you don't understand!..it's a quinoid, it's related to vitamin K/menaquinone!"
