Here is a neat little tool I have been using to check my pulse. Put one hand on your pulse, the other on the spacebar, and tap the spacebar to the beat of your pulse. I am pretty good at it now so it only takes 4 or 5 taps to get a good reading. :dance

Can anyone recommend an app to track well being stats? e.g. pulse, temp, weight, wellbeing, diet.

    Thanks!

Thanks. I've looked into this some more and Cronometer (http://cronometer.com/) has an android/iphone app that can be used to add custom measurements such as pulse, weight and temp, as well as diet.

I just ran across this site today and have only played around a bit, but it looks pretty good. Track temp, pulse, BP, lab tests, supplements, bladder and bowel, blood glucose, urine ketone, sleep, mood, medications, diet and nutrition, women's health, a catchall for anything you want, etc.

It's free but they only save 30 days worth of data, pretty reasonable charge to save it longer. No mobile app, though.
