Yes 10mg orally is definitely safe. 1-2mg sublingual might be more effective for libido. Combining it with androsterone might be more effective for cold sensitivity.

Amazon has BioMatrix DHEA Liquid Hormone Supplement.
This lets you control how much you get, and sublingually.
Most of the tablets have silica anyway.Thanks, found it. Looks like a perfect choice.
