I'm wondering what the absorption is of fat-solubles when mixed with MCT oil.
I heard that vitamin D is only 10%, is this the same with A, E and K?
For example, if I want to have 10 000IU of vitamin A, does that mean I need to take 100 000IU topically?

It depends if the substance binds to the lipids. Vitamin D3 can bind to fat in the MCT oil and so does not penetrate the skin well.
