I noticed this recently when picking up the old home brand smoked oysters.

Nothing comes near our Sydney rock oyster.

But aren't these "product of China'? I'm just so wary of produce out of China, particularly seafood

They are from China and I think there is cause for concern over the quality and potential toxicity going by cost compared to local.

Yeah I agree. It's a shame though, I love smoked oysters

Yes and shame that the smoked oysters sold in local stores aren't local.

Cheers for the tip. Also if people are looking for a cheap fat free milk, Coles stocks the Great Ocean Road brand, it's only $3 for 2 litres so it's a fair bit cheaper than the other fat free brands.
