I'm sure the damage is also seen at the micrometer scale. I have some amoxicillin pills here and the scale is probably even finer than that. Silicon dioxide goes through the skin so I don't see why titanium wouldn't.

There's a lot of aspirin with Titanium dioxide in it. I know I took a whole bottle before I read the ingredients.

I'm very concerned about titanium dioxide in sunscreen, it's very common. Obviously I don't use that poison, but I see my relatives using it throughout summer.
