Meat, dairy, eggs, oysters, honey/maple syrup and whole fruit/fruit juice basically. It's great for stabilizing blood sugar and improving insulin sensitivity. You'll just have to find a fruit that works well for you. Fruit smoothies usually work great. What type of diet would you suggest for someone struggling with insulin resistance?
If you don't exercise, it might be a good idea not to overeat, especially on fat. Exercise is much better at improving insulin sensitivity compared to a harmful deficit.
