Tinnitus - Infared LLLT - Possible Cure

Hey so after having tinnitus at the age of 25 I am pretty aggrivated by this. Multiple jobs that invloved heavy machinery or loud tools like lawn mowing and then blasting music when i was a teeny bopper.

Anyway I've had tinnitus for about a year and it is starting to really annoy me and I cannot imagine going the rest of my life with it. I thought that red light may be a possible cure because it seems that one issue maybe the tiny hairs in the inner ear have been destroyed.

Red light can grow hair like crazy and I know this from sitting under them all day shining on my back,

Obviusly the hair on my back is different then my inner ear but you get the point. So I started searching around and found this study:

Which shows improvement in the condition

and then stumbled upon this laser:

And of course want to build my own because thats 400+ Euros. If anyone has any ideas here or any experience please share below

Red light and or other frequencies in-ear and in-nose has some solid evidence behind it, I’d say no loss in trying.
