Timing And The Randle Cycle?

If I had a meal consisting only of proteins and sugar, how long would I have to wait until I could consume fat so as to not trigger the randle cycle? What about the other way around?

I think you'd have to wait 2 hrs probably, for by that time, the p & s would have been metabolized. Diabetics typically take a BG test 2 hrs postmeal [postpradial reading] as that's the time foods would have got digested, assimilated, etc. What fats are thinking of consuming .... dairy stuff like cheese? I've stopped using cooking oils for the same [Randle cycle] reason you have in mind.
