Tianeptine And Lack Of Reduction Of Serotonin In Midbrain?

As some of you may know I'm suffering from sensitivity to serotonin toxicity, and I've been thinking about trying tianeptine, but I read an article that it doesn't affect the levels in the mesencephalon - mid brain. Would this even be useful for me then?
