Still awaiting my TSH and Free T4 results, it was 1.17 back in June. The thing is I routinely test high (520) for Triglycerides. Hypothyroidism tends to be a factor in this. Other than Diabetes or some Pancreatic issues of course. I know Thyroid blood tests can't always prove hypothyroidism though, but at least my TSH is around 1. Rather than trying the actual hormones, or NDT, does anyone approve or suggest a good thyroid supplement supporting complex ?
