Thyroid supp over the counter in Italy?

Does anyone know if t3/t4 supplements similar to cynoplus, cynomel or cytoplus are available over the counter in Italy?
I cant find any info on google.
I have a friend there now who i thought id ask to buy and bring back for me, since i cant get cynoplus etc delivered to EU country.
