Thyroid Medication Not Working. I Will Give Up

Male 73 kg taking 100 mcg of synthroid and one grain of ndt and still my temperature are 36.4 celsius at 11 am whit 30 celsius outside. Thyroid suplemention is not for me. Maybe my problem is low cortisol.
Since starting thyroid medication i get for it now baldness on my crown and i still have this amazing sore stiff knees whit embarecing leg weakness girls squating more than i on gym

That is a massive massive dose of T4, 140 mcg total , and only 10 mcg of T3. Maybe thats the problem. Ray has said that 1:2 ratio is best. Maybe that T4 is going rT3 route and making you more and more hypothyroid. Maybe try what Ray and Danny Roddy do and take small amounts of T3 at daytime and 1:2 T3 T4 dose at evening.
