I'm not an expert on this issue, but I can see that your pituitary gland is working VERY hard on producing FSH. Actually it works so hard that it can not produce enough of TSH to stimulate your thyroid. What was the time of blood collection?
I would check prolactin in the next test as well.

I would read about hormonal supplementation Pregnenolone/Progesterone/DHEA. As I said I don't know about this too much. Just a suggestion on where to start your research.

Thank you for the reply :) I did this first thing in the am.
I do have pansterone (DHEA / pregnenolone) been quite conservative with it, four drops topically on my skin.

If it's done early in the morning - your T3, T4 and especially TSH are low. Usually such a low TSH is the result of thyroid medication, but your T3 and T4 are on the low side. I would do prolactin and RT3 test next time as well.

Some people do not respond well to DHEA at all. You can try only pregnenolone or only progesterone. Always start slow with dosing.

Ok thank you.
very much appreciated. I have progesterone as well, however I’m trying to rule things out one by one.
