Hi Rinse, no it’s cocoa butter I eat a lot of. I cut out cocoa powder/chocolate quite a while ago for a few different reasons. I think the nibs are relatively tasty and pretty nutritious if they work for you.

For me it was the high arginine and tyramine content, both of which I try to minimise. I found chocolate disrupted my sleep too.

Ok I will not overdo it then. Two tablespoons are recommend, but I measured a teaspoon in my coffee yesterday and this morning, and I will just leave it at that.

I buy Lakewood organic concord grape juice and Santa Cruz organic white grape juice. They both come in glass too

Have you complained about that or got your money back? If you're paying through the nose for those items and they are arriving smashed up, that's not really good enough?
