Any word on the best coconut water sources over here?

The pink raw water in Waitrose by Rebel Kitchen is great but quite expensive. Years ago cocofina sold cans which were amazing, plenty of sugar and tasted like cream soda, I'm not sure if they're still good but will give them a try as seem to be a good option looking outside of vitacoco..

Anyone tried Castillo D Canena olive oil? It's only 4% PUFA (lowest I have seen in a supermarket). It is also really tasty. Only seen in it waitrose so far. Well worth it if you have cash to splurge on olive oil.

They also do just oyster meat to save the faff with the shells. Bought from them a few times.

I have found a good OJ too! It's called 'manor springs' and it's not sour like most OJs in the Uk

Oysters without the shucking, finally! Saves so much time.
Where did you find the manor springs OJ?

I've been eating the just meat ones but was looking for some that were further away from Fukushima territory.

Nando’s do chicken livers and they’re really tasty, nice with a side of mash potato and coke, coconut ice cream as well but I’m sure it’s zogged

I was pleased to see today that Oatabix doesn't have added iron. I need 'cereal' occasionally!
Extremely surprised at that, but well spotted! Must literally be the only cereal on the shelf without added iron - I thought it was mandated by regulations.

Here is a great sprouted rice cereal with no added vitamins or iron.

Hatton hill and Kallo do a puffed rice without any fortified additives. It's not sprouted though.

Waitrose sell Duchy Organics un homogenised milk. It’s the only brand I’ve ever found that’s not homogenised.
