That's an interesting list of countries. Besides the usual suspects (USA, UK, EU countries, Canada, Australia, ...) the list also includes countries that were considered by some to be possible alternatives (Uruguay, Costa Rica, Montenegro, Colombia, Albania, Switzerland, possibly Sweden, Denmark, Croatia or Poland if they are among the EU countries, ...)

From this I draw the conclusion that you cannot run away from this sh*t. It will catch up with you everywhere. The best solution is probably to organize and resists locally
