I know those in the peat-o-sphere aren’t big on sugar substitutes but curious if any one has thoughts on allulose? seems to be the latest sweetener of choice in the low carb community but appears to be naturally derived so i’m curious about whether it would be safe to use occasionally. i have no plans on giving up sugar but this would be useful to me as a way to save on calories a bit.

I work for a Keto company (not Keto by any means) and we have experimented with Allulose in some of our products. IM NOT A FAN! I think the taste is terrible and I just don't trust it for whatever thats worth.

Then again I'm not a fan or Monkfruit, Stevia or any other alternative sweetner
