I have not. I take 100mg many days and have noticed nothing with regard to that.

Same may happen with choline or GABA supplements. For example, alpha-GPC. Effect is likely due to higher acetylcholine and less water retention. Acetylcholine is associated with muscle (tone and strength/recruitment).

Yes, I did notice change in my skin. It looks better and younger when I take 100mg/ a day. Also supplementing with chlorophyll, bee propolis, collagen, copper and zinc helps a lot, as long as eating lots of berries.
