Both are alpha tocopherol esters but the succinate is better. Just google alpha tocopherol succinate and you will see how it trumps the rest of the esters used in cancer treatment and prevention studies.


Vit. E Succinate has become my preferred Vit. E supplement. I take it with Inosine. Lots of synergy per @haidut

I take E succinate also at 800 iu a day and it is the only thing that I have tried that brought my ALT and AST into normal range due to afatty liver

May I ask how your experience was using the PureBulk succinate acid powder? I am interested in using it, just unsure on dosage, preparation/dilution in carrier oil, light sensitivity, etc.
