Only 3 things are out of norm, as indicated by a red * on the paper.

Vitamine D is a bit too low (I stopped supp when sun came back, and I spend time in the garden!)
- Vitamina D 25-OH-colecalciferol 27.58 ng/mL * N. 30 - 100
- Colesterol total 224 mg/dL * N. 144 - 200
But these are ok! Colesterol H.D.L. 86 mg/dL > 39 Colesterol L.D.L. 127 mg/dL N. 0 - 150 Triglicéridos 52 mg/dL N. 0 - 150
- Eosinófilos % : 9.8 * N. 0.0 - 5.0
(10^3/µL : 0.64 ; N. 0.00 - 0.70)

As my T3 was higher some years ago, and as I have a too busy liver overwhelmed by detox, I guess I have some problem with convertion from T4 to T3.
Then I HAVE to take vitamine D urgently!
WHY DO I BURN/USE SO MUCH VITAMINE D?
I took some, and then I am in subtropical sun as a gardener!!!

Then I had decided to take a parasite protocole, which can be a good idea due to high eosinophiles. Or can it still be high since last year big allergic issue with molds?

Nice blood tests, TSH is looking pretty good!

How much vitamin D you were supplementing before?

I stopped D3 1st april when enough sun came back, and was taking 1000 UI, but not all winter.

That's not bad thyroid, but I had more T3 before, like 4,5, and I would like T3 to be nearer to the max, such as 5,5.
3,3 does not seem enough for me!
And as I am supplementing B12, I should have more, so I will go on with methycobalamine (I did not take it every day)

Also, if I do not make vitamin D while in the sun, it is a sign of hypo, even if little so it means that I can have better results, even if considered in the correct range.

I take 5000IU D3/day. all year around. my 25-Hydroxy test is 52ng/ml.

your D3 numbers seem low. You need to do some research to find the D3 level for optimum health.

I was planning 4000UI... 4 drops of the D3 I bought today.
Strange enough, this is an extract from lichen!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Does anybody know about this sort of product?
They say yes it is cholecalciferol.
If efficient the same, well, better than fish oil!
