for me personally, it doesn't stimulate metabolism, not noticeable at least, whether direct red light therapy or incandescent on the body, but it does feel warm and niceUnless I missed it, did anyone mention Red Light therapy?
The mechanism might be via vasopressin rather than oxytocin (or both maybe), what I initially thought.Water restriction might stimulate T3 production.
