Hi all,

What deficiencies makes the bile to become thick, and thus stones are formed in liver/gallbladder.

I've also got recurring gallbladder issues and have gone down a rabbit hole recently to figure it out. One factor can be infections, but from my own experience genetics play a much larger role.

In any case, typical liver and gallbladder support such as cholagogues, choline, glycine and taurine can help. Also, most other essential nutrients play a role to some extent. As such, a balanced diet is key, but some need to modify their fat intake - specifically lowering the intake of cholesterol and saturated fat.

lecithin.

there's a triangular diagram from old papers about bile - bile salts, lecithin, cholesterol are shown as the major components and the diagram gives an indication of concentration ranges of each of these to retain good solubility.
