Theory: PUFA Preferentially Stored Vs Burned Is Genetic (or At Least Can Differ Between People)

My girlfriend and I both eat Peaty.

Sometimes, we "cheat" and have some pizza (which would have veggie oils in the crust). She likes peanuts time to time, and I like a burger once in a while.

When she eats PUFA, it comes out through her skin. She gets a little bit of acne on her chin.
When I eat PUFA, I dont get any outward reaction.

We are of different descent (I'm Scottish/Maltese and she is Turkish).
She has been effortlessly lean her whole life, whereas I am effortlessly thicc.

Could it be that her PUFA is preferentially burned? And mine preferentially stored. I also cant tell which scenario is better...

If this is true, it seems that people that store PUFA should eat a higher saturated fat diet. Really need to focus on maximizing SFA:PUFA ratio. People that burn PUFA can afford to eat a really high carb, low fat diet, of course while minimizing PUFA. Could be wrong.
