    To much folate also rise serotonine .... i forget !!! I keep it to 100 mg Per day

    BCAAs, low Trp/LNAAs food, avoid sugar alone, gelatin.

    What do you mean with low trp foods ?! And also LNAAs foods ?! I m out here ..... Pls give more details about this afirmation ! Thx

    Fruit and ice cream
    OJ
    Eggs(2-3)
    Small quantities of Whole milk(grass milk)
    Gelatin
    Occasional liver

    Yes protein is overratted on this fourm.

    Tryptophan is said to be the most dangerous thing. Even Haidut said this.

    Peat said vegans feel great at first on there new diets. solely because of the low tryptophan.

    You have to do some BCAA+Tyrosine to block it. But this makes me feel awful.



    If you up the CO and Ghee in addition to a high fruit diet, and tank the protein to small glasses of milk 1-2 a day, few eggs, occasional liver, and some gelatin. Cut protein in half.

    You will fine nothing but warm toes, and high androgens.

    The lowered insulin and insulin blunting of the increased fat you need for calories will help you drop fat, but yes some muscle as well since there is much less protein ingestion.
