Do you cut out the white fatty part inside the beef kidneyAs Nomane is saying, lamb is much better than beef, but I just blend it and mix it with ground beed. Here's how I do it.

Yeah I don't think it's necessary to remove. The fat is just usually a blend between collagen and fat, so it's just a big piece of sinew that I don't want to swallow, unless blended fine.So you think generally there's nothing wrong with just leaving the fat, its quite a nuisance to remove tbh
