I figured I'd update. I'm still symptomatic.

Since making this thread, I became more interested in pulse and temperature. It didn't make sense to me that my blood thyroid hormones were adequate, and yet my stress hormones feel high (low pulse but high temperature in the morning, or sometimes very high pulse and high temperature). I figured something must be blocking the activity of the thyroid hormone, probably the high stress hormones. Seems that assumption was partly wrong.

Several weeks ago I noticed that my pulse was weaker when I was standing, compared to sitting. At the
time I found it a little concerning, but didn't know what to think of it.

Last week I experienced pre-syncope whilst walking around in a supermarket. I noticed my pulse was very fast. I wondered if maybe I was struggling to circulate my own blood effectively. This lead me to learning about postural tachycardia syndrome, a type of dysautonomia, and that it's diagnostic with an increase of 30BPM when transitioning from laying down to standing. I experimented with this and found that my pulse reliably increased by 50-60 beats. I was able to demonstrate this to a doctor and I'm now getting more tests done and hopefully seeing a specialist who can tell me more about my own individual context.

While the symptoms aren't as bad as they were when they started, it's still debilitating. I've had to quit my job in manual labour as the fatigue has meant I'm no longer reliable.

@Diokine, you were right on the money. Seems I'm experiencing some kind of autonomic dysfunction. What makes you think I'm allergic to milk? Looks like I need to learn about methylation.
