For me the one I got was the bottle in the left. Although that one product on Amazon has both of these images for the item.

Oh ok, thanks bud ?

How soon after taking this did you notice EQ benefits? Did you also notice a boost in libido?

Were there any other benefits you experienced?

I noticed the increased EQ after only a couple days. It's not 100% consistent though. Also, it doesn't increase libido for me. I still have had to add k2 for that.

My question right now with ecklonia cava is about the digestive issues it's causing me. I can't imagine I'm the only person to have this side effect. Curious if anyone else has dealt with this? It's ruining a perfectly good supplement for me.

Well I'm wondering if the reason for this supplement causing bloating /constipation is the iodine content causing hypothyroid issues. I haven't used the ecklonia in a couple weeks and then I tried an iodine supplement and felt the same side effects. Not sure if this means I could be hypothyroid or if it means nothing at all. I recently had my TSH checked though and it was 3.48.

I do have hypothyroid symptoms like hair loss, dry skin, low energy, and low libido. However I don't have a slow heart rate (has always been fast), I don't gain weight easily (who can when they're dealing with digestive issues that make eating difficult?), and I never feel cold (I'm usually hot). So as usual I'm more confused than ever.

Yes, I take Pregnenolone 200 mg/w, 18 mcg T3, 50 mcg T4. And I'm on a Trestolone cycle at the moment
Can I ask where you source your trestolone from? I’m looking for someplace that doesn’t look too shady. Thanks!

I spent copious amounts of money trialling different EC extracts, and found only 2 to work.
Swanson's Green Ecklonia cava and also Fibroboost Nutricology.
Tried Dr's Best. And had to return it, becuase I didn't notice the GABAergic effect nor did I notice the libido effect.
Is the Swanson one still good. I read that they changed the formula @Lokzo . Looks like the nutricology version has been discontinued

Ultimately this supplement did not work for me long term. Early on it did have some nitrous oxide benefits, but ultimately that wore off and what I was left with were the DHT blocking side effects. Stopped taking about a week ago and my libido has been much better since. It may work for others who aren't as affected by such things, but not for me.

If that were the case you wouldn't see bodybuilders growing on 100mg testosterone / day.
In fact that would mean that no one could ever reach supraphysiological levels and we would all look the same.

You can see that it doesn't apply to real life.
Some get deactivated, hence the diminishing returns (other reasons aswell) but yes not all...

So after much experimentation with one of the most studied seaweed's on earth (Ecklonia cava) I thought I would write a very thorough review.

First up, let me tell you that this subjectively ramps up libido, morning woods and Nitric oxide.

But when I first discovered it, I was interested in it's ability to aid muscle growth by potentially enhancing FOLLISTATIN levels, and subsequently decreasing Myostatin.

Well, I began using it about 4 weeks ago. The first dosage I decided to take in the evening after dinner.

That night I woke up twice with insane wood and also woke up feeling extremely focused, calm and in control.

I started delving into the research and I couldn't believe how insanely researched this seaweed was.

+ In a human study, 141 young adults were given a beverage containing ECE at 200 mg daily. In two weeks their average weight dropped nearly 2.5 pounds, muscle mass increased by nearly 2.5 pounds, and body fat dropped by 4 pounds, or 7.48%. EC stimulates the body to burn fat by increasing muscle mass.

Libido/EQ:
Scientists studied 31 men with erectile dysfunction (ED) for over six months. They compared eight weeks of EC use to Viagra. They looked at orgasmic function (OF), intercourse satisfaction (IS), overall satisfaction (OS), and erectile function (EF). Over those eight weeks, ECE scored 87%, 74%, 62%, and 66%. Viagra scored 27%, 44%, 39%, and 66%.

DGAT Inhibition
Diacylglycerol acetyl transferase (DGAT) is the enzyme involved in the final step of triglyceride synthesis. Triglycerides are circulating fat bodies that ultimately wind up in the fat cells, and are almost always elevated in diabetes. They also have emerged as a major risk factor in vascular disease.
It was found that EC compounds inhibited DGAT more than 50%. In genetically caused obese laboratory rats, EC reduced body fat and increased physical activity. In another study, EC caused leanness and fat-resistance in animals given a high fat diet.

NO but lowers PEROXYNITRATE:
An antioxidative and antiinflammatory agent for potential treatment of osteoarthritis fromEcklonia cava - Archives of Pharmacal Research

I could even list more incredible studies, but I think this is enough for now.
It almost like it promotes many of the effects that dht increases and other health promoting things more than it decreases dht. Therefore effects on the body like as if the dht didnt decrease. What you think about this?

Lokzo, are you still using EC? I know this thread was a while ago but I wanted to know how it shaped up over time?
