IndeedYeah I agree with Dante, I believe a study shows a massive peak in testosterone levels around the 7th day, but then it drops a lot.. I would guess based on this once a week would be ideal.... Possibly 2x weekly if it involves sex...
i don't edge, what i get is most likely withdrawal symptoms(drop in dopamine, GABA, high CRF and norepinephrine in brain), by 4th day , i literally get parkinson's and flu-like symptoms :)(my T levels are actually just 470 on a scale of 250-820)i thnk the cortisol gets screwed up from it somewhere... i think when you "edge", your cortisol starts to shoot up from the adrealine.. probably you can handle it, but in a hypothyroid state.. it can get bad quick.. if you look on reddit.com/r/nofap , you can see more deep sleep being one of the big benefits, especially people note they start having dreams

Well said....There is no harm from fapping. You won't die young. The real problem is forgoing greater pleasure. Any hand job from a woman is ten? times better than what a man would do for himself. If the woman is willing to learn, then her hand job will be 100? times better than what a man could do for himself.
