Thailand doesn't eat much coconut oil anyway, imo - it is even hard to buy there. I'm guessing Thailand and Philippines are up there on this list of your's. However, they largely cook in cheap PUFAs because they're quite poor. Another nasty feature of being poor: your sons can make more money turning into women, go down to Phuket, and send more money home as prostitutes than they would ever make in their native locale.
