The colour pink lowers testosterone

A few years back I recall reading a study that revealed men who spent prolonged periods in rooms with pink walls faced significant decreases in testosterone around 40%

I was looking to make a video on the topic but it seems all traces of the study have vanished, while many articles simply state "pink lowers testosterone" without references.

If anyone have ahu resources that may be of help that would be great

I always feel disgusted when i see a guy wearing a pink shirt, just shows how effeminate society is. But being in a pink room?! never in my life, not even for a million dollars

Or, he's confident enough to not let society's programming about pink being effeminate stop him from wearing a shirt he likes. You gotta ask yourself if worrying about how people perceive you based on the color shirt you wear is really such a masculine thing to do.

That's the exact same logic pornstars used back when slut shaming was the norm, and look what happened now. "oH ShE sO CoNfIdEnT bEiNg A pOrNsTaR". If you wear pink, you're effeminate.

I think looking at certain colors is a very real effect - like when men used to say that women look better in a red dress - I know me when I see a woman wearing red I am not necessarily more attracted to her but I can't stop staring subconsciously - red just grabs and holds my attention

I never liked looking at pink either

I wear what I want to wear, rarely wear pink but will on occasions, maybe Easter and have a time or two on Valentines day. I really don't care what anyone else thinks about what I wear. Also don't care much but about what others wear. I don't think I'd enjoy spending a lot of time in a pink room though. Unfortunately I have not seen a study on this, but colors definitely do effect mood so I could see this maybe being true. I feel like this thread could use some @Rinse & rePeat

That's a separate issue, completely unrelated to the topic of discussion. Being a porn star has very real negative effects. No one is being harmed when someone wears a pink shirt. I guess it just might trigger men with fragile masculinity.

I know its a separate issue, but the same logic applies. First you tolerate such thing, then forced acceptance will happen. Do you think a man who wears a pink shirt would have gotten respect 100 years ago? No they wouldn't, they would most likely been shamed by society, but when people started tolerating the ones who wore pink shirts, then forced acceptance came. Just like the pornstar analogy, before, anyone who was doing sex work was slut shamed by society, after the rise of feminazism, people tolerated sex workers and with the rise of the internet, pornstars became accepted by society.

Oops operator error. You do realize that the tuff gangsters of the 1920s 1930s wore pink with gray pinstripe suits as the epitome of manly attire...that the high end showrooms of Charles of the Ritz were pale pink and gray...that nearly every male animal species has high colored skin or feathers or exoskeleton or large hair ruffs, tufts and other showy attire? The drone qualities of men in 2022--brown, gray, black, khaki, military green, etc are everywhere, in tandem with record sexual dysfunction, emotional stunting, low physical abilities etc

I see no harm in it. So there might be more openly effeminate men. Who does that harm, exactly? It's not as if there's more effeminate men that appear just because it becomes socially acceptable to wear pink. These men always existed. They're just more free to do what they want and dress how they want now, which is what I think a more developed society should be like. Acceptance of everyone. We aren't all the same and that's a beautiful thing. And anyway, wearing pink isn't necessarily an indication the man is effeminate. That's the problem with masculinity in society today. It's always a performance. It's always visual. Big beards, big muscles, big egos. Very little actual masculinity. Masculinity isn't a performance. It's something you are and embody. A lot of those same men couldn't take a punch or endure the slightest discomfort if push came to shove. They're weak, and they compensate for that by acting extra masculine. So yes, if a man wearing pink bothers you, it's because he's a visual representation of the weakness you feel in yourself and you want to destroy that. How do I know? I used to have the same mindset. If this doesn't resonate with you, I guess you just have to make the mistakes I made to learn this.

Pink lighting will destroy you and pretty fast. The book "Health and Light" by John Ott lays it out. Wearing pink clothing will give the same effect just not as fast as lighting.

I have dressed men for 25 years in by appt retail specialty. I get to hear, see with my own eyes what they think, what they want, and how they dress for a certain lifestyle. Dress like a drone, you are a drone. Males been wearing every color sincecthe beginning of time. You are brainwashed.

No they never did, just like how gays never existed, it was the direct result of feminism and tolerating the wrong group. Again, you can go back even 70 years and you would see a lot of stigma around that.

Seems prenatal color exposure influences testosterone.

There was a discussion on this topic a long time ago, you can find a dedicated Wikipedia article:
