I saw at least five monarch butterflies today. Also, I was at the beach reading, and heard a crashing sound behind me in the woods. Turned out to just be a little rabbit who came down to nibble on some leaves.

I found grapola (grape seed oil + canola, 10 g PUFA per serving) and vegetable oil in our residence. Tossed in trash and it was taken away by the authorities (garbage men). That felt liberating.
