I definitely think this guys looks younger than a regular 50 year old.

This doesn't mean stronger or healthier or like he could kick ****, it means not as old. Why is everyone harping on his hair?

i think the lack of sun damage is probably the biggest contributing factor- aside from all of the above i dont see wrinkles and his skin looks preserved externally. although i agree going out into the sunlight is important for health and i do it but with zinc oxide non-toxic sunscreen on my face, sun definitely damages the skin. I have protected my skin from the sun my whole life in contrast to many of my peers who used to make fun of me for not laying out and it definitely shows now- they have sun damage and i dont and look much younger. So its a balance. With fair freckly skin that burns in 2 minutes, i wear sunscreen as i sun gaze or walk around in the sunlight which feels amazing and sunscreen is not 100 percent anyway and i have the freckles to prove it lol. But i definitely believe in protecting skin from sun damage and cover up and use hats when necessary in the summer as well.

And |I agree he looks young and as our posts crossed, I think the sun protection is probably the biggest factor and also could be some constitutional factors.

You are right. Imo a healthy person will look like a younger version of him/herself. He seems to look younighs/boyish by default.
He would probably look younger and far more attractive if he had better health/nutrition and atleast a little bit of tan.

That blank minded look he has in most of pictures and video tells me he is probably mentally ill. He is skinny fat, anemic, with little to no androgenic features. You can look youthful without looking dead if you avoid excessive sun exposure. He looks boyish but doesnt look "youthful" and lively. More like half dead.

Lots of good comparisons out there that a diet with animal proteins is better than just plant based for a youthful look.
