20mg is enough for a TRT like effect, 2x4/day for anabolic results.

For me, higher doses, over 30-40mg at once are too excitative, with added nervousness and irritation.

Did you notice sleep issues at higher doses?
I get suppression with scrotal application.
Do you not get suppression with oral useage ?

No suppression at all, but I take 5-7x more preg everyday (150mg), which helps.
No sleep issues, unless I take a large dose too late (after 4:PM)

Used to experiment with it. Based on this study: DEFINE_ME - 100 mg x 4 times/day or 200 mg x 2 times/day should be enough to achieve the TRT effect. Pretty surprised people are feeling effects on as low as 5 mg, unless it's micronized.

dissolved in tocopherol and rubbed into gums.

would prefer the former if as effective.

I tried micronized test powder from China in many ways.
Topical with pure dmso 99.99%
Under the tongue with pure organic olive oil
Under the tongue, powder only
Orally with just plain water
All seems to work quite equally, so I stick to just powder with a glass of water.

appreciate it . thanks a lot for the help. just to quickly bring back up preg.

you mentioned above that you take 5-7x more preg as it 'helps'. what exactly do you mean by help. help prevent any risk of shutdown/supression?

as happy to take preg but if not necessary for a dose as low as 20mg taken with water once a day to avoid any risk of shutdown than I won't bother buying some.

but would be grateful for your insight if it is recommended as have struggled to find info on the matter. thanks again

Because even around 3mg I start to notice irritability/aggression which I assume is conversion to estrogen.

If I use a higher dose, it'll probably have to be used with an AI.
