Are you aware of any reliable material regarding the interpretation of the tongue as a reflect of what's going on internally? The majority of stuff out there seem dubious..

I am not aware of any reliable material. I don't use it, and neither do the people I know. Tongue diagnosis is too variable IMO, and is likely caused by any overgrowth of micro-organisms in the body, for any possible reason (therefore it is not a specific diagnosis).
