Temps Fell, HR Still High, Taking NDT

    I've been on NDT for a number of weeks now. Seems my temps are often low. But HR is high, around 95 or so.

    Should I cut back the NDT, add some T3, or what do you suggest? Thanks

    Thanks for the questions @Antonello

    Was 2 grains, now 1.5 grains and will go down to 1 grain I think. NDT is Tyromax. Take it morning and evening in equal dosages.
