About the only thing that hands down raises my temps is coffee. I drank 5 cups of coffee back to back like I was Voltaire himself and took my temp and it was sky high at 99.6
What’s the consensus on temp threshold? If I spill over, what exactly is going on, and would substances like sugar and milk bring the temp down? I drank the coffees black and so perhaps maybe I overdid it...
