I sleep with my feet on the outside of the covers.
No socks.
In November!

Your turn.

I haven’t had any hint of the winter blues so far. I’ve also not been thyroid since spring/summer.

I shovel snow in flip-flops and a t-shirt, make my thermometer beep periodically, sleep soundly the entire night and lift things without fracturing a bone.

If it were cortisol, I wouldn’t sleep soundly through the night. I would wake needing to pee.
No, i mean shoving snow in flip flops and a t shirt

Lots of people here say Wim hof method going into cold, increases their cortisol

Awesome! What's your temperature during these times

If shoveling snow in flip-flops and a t was increasing my cortisol, I wouldn’t be sleeping through the night. I would wake needing to pee. Also, my need for carbs would increase, but it has greatly decreased, and I wouldn’t be building back bone, I would be losing it as cortisol is catabolic, and this would be reflected in my alkaline phosphatase number—it would rise, but it has decreased. I would also likely start gaining weight in my midsection, which I haven’t.

This is insane (good insane). Impressive.

Thank you. :)

Haven’t picked up a thermometer in a year.
But it has struck me since it’s turned cold here.
Noticeable difference.

Other people extinguish the light of a candle with their fingers because they think it is tough...

...I light a candle with the pure heat of my fingers...

...is what I would say if I was no longer hypothyroid

I feel like I can express who I actually am, and who I want to be—all at once.

…on good days

I can SPEAK WITH animals now - when I was hypothyroid they were not as interested in conversation but now they will send me messages via the 6th sense/TELEPATHY
