15 years old, 110 Lbs, 5’6, around 10% body fat, Normally eat around 2300-2400 cal when lightly to moderatly active and 2500-2600 when very active.

I train with Kettlebells for around 30 min 5 days a week and average over 15,000 steps a day, does this seem like enough calories?

No, doesn’t seem like enough calories to support such an active lifestyle and most importantly your growth. I also think you‘d be fine at a slightly higher bodyfat. At 15% your aesthetics won’t suffer much and it‘d be arguably healthier, especially at your age. So don’t be scared of increasing cals quite a bit.
