In this thread (1999 Ray Peat Newsletter) Ray wrote in that newsletter "Estrogen promotes the formation of histamine, serotonin, nitric oxide, and carbon monoxide, all of which interfere with mitochondrial energy production" so it sounds like Taurine may be countering Tamoxifen's estrogenic effects. “Anti Estrogens” Are Estrogenic

Ye, the thing is that alot of people are using tamoxifen so I wanted to post it for them to know.

Reading the study, 100 mg / kg seems like a really high dose.

Dont think so, I am taking that daily in smaller doses.
