Any good list anywhere?

I noticed chronometer doesn't log taurine (or does it? I can't find out how). I think seafood is typically touted as the best taurine sources. I noticed over the weekend that shrimp seemed to do me some good, and I was guessing because of the taurine. Trying to find a good tabular database.

https://www.researchgate.net/figure/Taurine-content-of-various-foods_tbl2_261602260 is all I found which interestingly, chicken tops the list, which is not what I expected, since chicken gets bad rap in Peatland. Lamb is super high also, as is octopus (but how many stores sell that lol) which actually is #1 and shrimp is actually lower than I would have thought... but this makes me want to try lamb again... raw lamb is almost top notch for taurine it seems. Tuna is also really good.

The taurine content of common foodstuffs looks like it has some stuff but I hate how all these things are behind a paywall.

Nice!

There must be mistakes on what follows because it was doned in a rush. 85 g as standard serving 'unless otherwise indicated'. Before relying on these means, check out how much the content can vary for each item and depending on the reference in question (repeated terms).

I got a pouch of taurine from Bulk Supplements. Taurine, methyl blue, aspirin, and boron are the only supplements that I'm still taking non-topically. I mix 1/8 of a teaspoon in my oj most mornings. I don't really trust Bulk Supplements but body seems to want the taurine anyway irregardless of what I think. Looking at the list in the citation ... that's why I crave Salmon so much! If only there were a way to cook the Salmon in some type of hydrogenator that could neutralize the harmful Pufas.
