Any good list anywhere?
I noticed chronometer doesn't log taurine (or does it? I can't find out how). I think seafood is typically touted as the best taurine sources. I noticed over the weekend that shrimp seemed to do me some good, and I was guessing because of the taurine. Trying to find a good tabular database.

Lamb is super high also, as is octopus (but how many stores sell that lol) which actually is #1 and shrimp is actually lower than I would have thought... but this makes me want to try lamb again... raw lamb is almost top notch for taurine it seems. Tuna is also really good.
The taurine content of common foodstuffs looks like it has some stuff but I hate how all these things are behind a paywall.
