Google Bile and or Bile Salts maybe symptoms of low bile. It is beyond the scope of this thread to explain all of this to you! Short answer digestion!

Ok. I’ll look it up. I ask because I’ve been plagued w what I assume is slow digestion / low stomach acid (?) … in general… and so, seeing this thread grabbed my attention as it may be part of my puzzle also.
I saw a acupuncturist a few days ago and she said I had ‘weak stomach and spleen’ energy or whatever.. anyways thanks and I’ll check it out. (Sorry for the minor rant)
