Taking With Coke

It doesn't mix well as it kills the carbonation leaving you with black sugar water, but if you were just using Coke as a chaser, then it might work.

Not exactly normal constipation, but more of a black sludge with the consistency of sand that slows down your entire digestive system for a short time.

I've taken several bulk powders, but have now switched to the larger granules based on Peat's warning about persoprtion of smaller particles.

I think Health Natura offers this type.
